It is a great honour to be made Life President of Boadicea Dynamos YFC, a club I formed back in May of 1998.
I have great memories going back to when we started the club, and immense pride with how the club has continued to grow since. This is down to the excellent work put in all through the year by the Boadicea Dynamos committee, who I would like to offer my thanks once again.
I have always wanted to ensure that all players involved with our club enjoy their football, and I am sure this approach will continue under the Chairmanship of John Naylor.
We have several teams within the club, but I see Boadicea Dynamos as one big team, who work together to ensure the club progresses in the right way.
I will not be going away, and will still be taking training sessions regularly, and will also attend future committee meetings, when time permits. I will also continue in my role as District Football Manager within the Colchester & District Youth League, something I have done for the last 3 years.
Although my commitment as Chairman comes to an end, my commitment to youth football does not, either now or in the near future.
