By Car: Leave A12 at Stanway, coming off exit after A120 for Braintree Halstead. Over A12, exit left to Tolgate roundabout and take 2nd exit into London Road. Over mini roundabout, one mile to traffic lights, then right hand lane and turn right into straight road.

Over mini roundabout to T junction then turn left and sharp right onto right hand lane, then right again into Gosbecks Road. Over mini roundabout to another mini roundabout, (Kent and Blaxill builders merchants are on the left corner), turn left into Layer Road.

Carry on until the second (2nd) turning on the left (Iceni Way) turn left into Iceni Way then first right into Gloucester Avenue.

The entrance to Kingsford School is approx 75 metres on the right hand side. If you go past Colchester United Football Club on the left hand side, then you have gone to far

By Train: Take train to Colchester North Train Station. You will need to catch a taxi from there to Kingsford School.
