Boadicea Dynamos YFC are affiliated to the Essex Football Association.
The Club is managed and controlled by five controlling officers. For season 2007/2008, the controlling officers are; John Nayler (Chairman), Graham Shedd (Vice Chairman), Mark Ward (Club Secretary), Christine Ward (Treasurer), Paul Jenner (Under 13's Manager).
A new Controlling Officer is only elected at the discretion of the existing Controlling Officers in place.
Boadicea Dynamos YFC run age groups from Under 10 to Under 18.
All age groups within Boadicea Dynamos YFC are to be managed by two team managers, in accordance with child welfare guidelines, and, guidelines set out by the Colchester & District youth League.
All players registered to Boadicea Dynamos YFC will abide by the club rules. Failure to do so can lead to the player in question being expelled from the club
The registration fee for the 2007/08 season will be £30.00. This is payable by 31st July 2007.
The registration fee for the season in progress is paid up to 31st March 2008. If a player joins the club after 31st March they will not have to pay the fee for the remainder of that season.
If a players joins at any time before the 31st March, they must pay the fee for that season in order to become a club member.
If a parent has more than one child registered to the club, then there will be a concession.
All players attending training sessions must wear shin pads and be appropriately dressed for the time of year. The parents must ensure that their child is properly clothed in the winter months.
Boadicea Dynamos YFC have the right to refuse to train any player that is not properly dressed (T-shirts with no extra covering in winter).
Boadicea Dynamos YFC have the right to refuse to train any player that either misbehaves, constantly uses bad language, or generally causes trouble.
The Committee will support the Managers on these issues, and any decision made by the committee is final.
Training charges for the 2007/08 season will be £3.00 per session. Any player that misses a payment will be asked for it the following week.
Match fees will be £3.00. Substitutes who do not get a game will have their money refunded.
Parents must ensure that they are aware of the finish times of a match or training session if they are not in attendance. The Managers will ensure that each child has left the match or training location safely.
The committee reserve the right to increase or decrease fees for training, matches or annual registration.
Any injuries sustained during training/matches will be covered by the clubs liability insurance.
Mangers/Trainers will carry first aid at all training/matches.
Parents must ensure the club is aware of any medical problem with their child (e.g asthma)
Parents must observe good manners at matches (e.g no swearing). Boadicea Dynamos YFC reserve the right to ask troublesome parents not to attend future matches.
Parents have the right to offer opinions of their team's manager. But any issues raised must go through the age group's parent representative not directly to the manager. These issues will be raised at the following committee meeting.
Any fines incurred to a player during the current season will be paid by the parents/guardians and not by Boadicea Dynamos YFC.
The AGM will have been held by the end of June of each year.
The club will hold their annual presentation night by the end of June each year. Medals will be awarded to players registered to the club who have attended training session after the 31st December of the current season.
Club sponsors must be aware that the kit for which they sponsor remains the club's property at all times.
